Kelle Williams
Kelle Williams comes to Pinsly Railroad Company with over a decade of Class I and short-line real estate experience. Kelle started her career at Norfolk Southern upon graduating from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in financial management. Kelle climbed the ladder within Norfolk Southern’s organization; starting in crew call, she was quickly promoted into the Management Trainee Program where she spent time in damage prevention before landing in Norfolk Southern’s prestigious real estate department. While working full-time in the real estate department, Kelle was also able to obtain a master’s degree in ISEM (Information, Security, Engineering, and Management) from the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. During her tenure at Norfolk Southern, Kelle made a name for herself in the northeast US region, former Conrail territory, before being recruited into the short-line industry.
After leaving Norfolk Southern, Kelle transitioned to OmniTRAX and was a major success growing and leading their real estate team. While at OmniTRAX, Kelle was recognized as an honoree in the 2020 Railway Age Women in Rail edition, highlighting the work she did implementing OmniTRAX’s cutting edge GIS platform. Shortly after her departure from OmniTRAX, she was recruited by Pioneer Lines. While at Pioneer, Kelle led the development of their real estate department, and was recognized as an honoree in the 2022 Progressive Railroading Rising Stars edition. Kelle is excited to continue following her passion of railroad real estate at Pinsly.
