Prior to joining Gulf & Atlantic Railways, LLC as Chief Financial Officer in September 2022, Patrick has worked in the rail or rail related industries since 2008 when he joined R.J. Corman Railroad Group as a Management Trainee.
During his time at R.J. Corman, Patrick worked in a variety of finance, accounting and administrative roles with this last position being the Vice President of Finance and Accounting. During his time as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting, he led all finance and accounting functions for the company as well as led or participated in many strategic projects, including purchases multiple new shortlines.
In September of 2020, Patrick transitioned to TerraPact Acquisitions as their Chief Financial Officer. TerraPact is an industry leading railroad corridor asset manager and owns a large portfolio of real estate rights related to North American critical infrastructure.
Patrick’s responsibilities at Gulf & Atlantic Railways, LLC include the day-to-day fiscal management of the company, as well as driving strategic objectives to grow the company.
