Matthew Lane
Matt Lane started in 1999 hiring on as a Conductor at the Pinsly owned Arkansas Midland in Hot Springs AR. Matt’s biggest accomplishment came that same year when he married his wife, Rebekah Lane. In 2000 Matt was promoted to Engineer and shortly thereafter became the Assistant Trainmaster in N. Little Rock AR. In 2007 he was promoted to the Mgr. Of Operations. In 2015, Arkansas Midland was sold to the G&W, prompting a move to the Dallas Garland and NE Railroad as the trainmaster. In 2017, Matt returned to a Pinsly Railroad property as the Operations Manager, relocating to Westfield MA.

3 years of Injury Free activity. Assisted in managing over $10 million in infrastructure improvement projects throughout his tenure. Instrumental in the design and implementation of our training programs across the railroad properties and manages a team of high performers known for delivering Superior Service Safely, boasting raving fans across the PVRR property. Matt possesses superior leadership skills, honed through decades of railroad experience.
Matt is married to Rebekah Lane and lives in West Springfield, MA. Matt and his wife have three kids including a soon to be two-year-old boy.
